The rooms are modern and very clean with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a refrigerator.

The property was torn up for remodeling. Concrete lobby floors, lamps unplugged, the phone was a prop with no cord, no wastebaskets. Although you take pets there is no greenspace for them to poddy. Breakfast was too overcooked to eat.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and convenient, just a 15-minute drive from Chattanooga Metropolitan airport.

It was nice to be able to pick up dinner and eat it at the kitchen in the room.

The sofa sleeper was terrible! If they advertise the sofa as a sleeper it should be a comfortable mattress . When you lay on the mattress you could feel springs poking your back. We ended up putting the mattress on the. Floor!

The staff was from hell after traveling for more than 2.5 hours with a confirm reservation only to get there to find out that you can not use cash I've stayed at many home wood suites and cash is always my method of payments felt was very upset at the professionalism or lack there of by the manager of all people. I'm glad that she was rude and ghetto the embassy suites took us in with open arms and was a much better hotel so I will switch all my business and personal travel arrangement's to a professional establishment

Had a really good experience at this wonderful and quiet hotel. The location is great, just off shops, eateries, and several great restaurants. The service was excellent overall. Enjoyed the salad bar and the nice pool.

They was repair done to the roof Saturday morning and it woke our children.

The staff and property is excellent the hotel is situated right next to Texas roadhouse also short drive to mall area anything you want there. Anything you need in suite if you want to cook

Suites are very spacious and the bed is huge!

The choice in the complimentary breakfast was ok, but the hot food was not good and did not get replenished when items ran out. The staff did not check if there was enough crockery, glasses etc. so often no glasses for juice or cutlery to eat with. But the staff were very friendly if you asked anything.

The staff quickly accommodated our early check-in and were helpful throughout our stay. The suite was perfect for our small family, equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was enjoyable and there were always refreshments available. The breakfast had a good variety of packaged options. Conveniently located near attractions with reasonable rates.

Staff is fantastic

The large suite for two parents and 3 teens was ok but the bathroom area was way too small. The place was very tired and needs updating. But for a quick stop to Florida it was ok but probably wouldn't stay there again.
